The Word of God clearly demonstrates to us through the life of Christ, a purposeful and powerful ministry that increased with diligent service. 

The Food Ministry meets at 1221 Pacific Avenue in San Leandro, every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month, from 11:00am until 2:00pm (or while food lasts). Our volunteers meet twice monthly to assist the ministry. 

Delight in the Word Bible Fellowship Food Ministry seeks to bless the San Leandro community and the greater Bay Area. It is through word-of-mouth and the Alameda County Food Bank hotline that many less fortunate are drawn out. Those served include many low-income individuals and families in need in the community, who may not know where their next meal may come from.
